Elk Meadow Trail Race 5k & 10k (Evergreen Trail Racing Series) - June 2nd
This 5K/10K race leads runners throughout the rolling hills of Elk Meadow Open Space Park. Runners will start on Pioneer trail :hugegrin:
and head clockwise around the meadow. The first stretch is a steady downhill along highway 74. From there, runners will weave
their way up to where they will run through the trees along the foot of the mountain. The course then shoots runners back out into
the meadow to reconnect with Pioneer Trail to the finish line. Participants should meet at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center near

Staunton State Park - Colorado Parks and Wildlife, 12102 S Elk Creek Rd, Pine, CO. Join us for a weeknight evening of fishing
fun. Instructors will provide equipment and instruction on bait, spin, and fly-fishing a Colorado high country lake. Later in
the clinic, we will show how to prepare fish in the field and even cook some fish up to sample. This clinic is for anyone new
to bait, spin, or fly-fishing. Participants 16 years old or older are required to have a valid fishing license. Parents, be
sure to buy that license so you can enjoy fishing right alongside your children. There is no charge for this clinic, however

Crow Hill Insurance will host their seventh annual free community Shred a Thon. A certified shredding company
will be on site to shred your out dated legal and sensitive documents. This is a fantastic way to prevent
identity theft and all papers will be recycled. We can not accept large quantities of shiney paper (magazines,
etc.). This event is free to the public, and we ask that you consider making a monetary donation to Blue
Spruce Habitat for Humanity Restore. The Restore will also have a delivery truck on site to accept donated
