Jeffco P&Z Variance Hearing 5/2/18 for firewood business Old Oehlmann Park :attention:
I am opposed to having a firewood business in this residential area. It does not seem to meet the standard requirements for a "Home Occupation" (Jeffco Planning & Zoning public document on their website), would be a fire hazard (running gas splitters -not sure if they have water run to the area), and create noise. Others may feel differently, but I wanted to let the community know. It is located in the Pleasant Park/Oehlmann Park area of Conifer. Please call or email the case manager for more information, or if you have concerns. You can also attend the hearing. Thank you. From the Jeffco Planning and Zoning website: "Case Type: Variance - BOA Case Number: 18-106675VC Where: 10844 Oehlmann AVE, General Location: Oehlmann Park Subdivision
