Are these eye sights legal in Park County? They are ugly and unnecessary, rent a storage space. People hid them from their eye sight which means if you live behind or on their side you get full view of these ugly monsters. If they are illegal who do you contact to report such? Thanks

Call Zoning for Park County to ask or look on their website: http://www.parkco.us/183/Planning-Zoning

I have a neighbor who complained about someone living in an RV full time across the street from his property. It was parked in front of a year round house and the owners told Jeffco Planning and Zoning that a relative used it sometimes on the weekends. Since Jeffco couldn't prove someone was living there, there was nothing they could do. They suggested we take pictures. Anyway, the thing that blew me away was that there are no regulations in Jeffco limiting how many RVs/trailers someone can have on their property. Maybe I should start a mobile home park (just kidding). Living in the mountains has many benefits, including not being regulated by an HOA, but you also have to be willing to accept people who accumulate junk or park unsightly things where you can see them.
