We had tea and sandwiches there on Sunday. The manager Zack greeted us warmly, the sandwiches were great (make sure to try the toasted PB&J made with banana bread - To Die For), and both the hot and cold teas were delicious. They have a case full of beautiful bakery treats, and a large selection of candies, which we passed on this time despite the temptation.

Very nice inside with high and low tables and a couch in back with comfy chairs around a coffee table. There is plenty of parking in front, easy access. Very nice place, which we will make a point of visiting often on our travels. Glad to see them open and doing well.

Stopped by here Saturday. Very cozy. Not a coffee drinker but plenty to offer besides that. Probably a good dozen people there enjoying the fare. They even had a pair of guitar pickers playing smooth tunes. Breakfast burrito w/grn chili rocks! But no TP? :coffee screen: Nice job T & M!

I go 1-4 times per week. I love the staff! I'm really happy they opened the old Little Log Store! I can't tell you how many times the old gas station there saved my teenage butt!

The coffee is wonderful and the baked goods - don't get me started! I had the Grasshopper Cheesecake last week around St. Paddy's day and was just about to die for. What a great addition up here!

The very first post tells where it is:

I was just wondering if anyone else has been to Tomari's (across from Tiny Town in the old Little Log Store) and what your thoughts/opinions are. I've been there twice since it opened and I've had superior, friendly service both times. I'm not a coffee drinker, but they are now carrying local Third Street chai, as well as another non-local brand. The baked goods I tried were amazing, and the breakfast burritos tasty.

It was a long time that the building sat empty, and I think the new owners did a fantastic job creating a warm atmosphere with lots of wood and warm lighting. I'd love to see this business survive!

What have your experiences been?

The weather is getting nicer, and Tomari's added a bunch of patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors! So glad to hear others' experiences have been similar to mine. I've heard mixed reviews on the coffee itself (I don't drink coffee, so it's of no concern to me), but the burritos and the dessert treats are always great! Thanks for all your input!

We just have to make the trip! Besides, everything will be really green and lovely right now along South Turkey Creek.
