Great new bakery! Have tried their scones and a paninni. My boss tried the soup. Wonderful little place! It's on the back side on the way to big r- across from brooks and golden sticks. Haven't tried their coffee cause I like tea. And they make a great cup of tea!

Did you notice any gluten free bakery options?

I was there recently and don't recall G-Free options on the bakery front (we were there for lunch and didn't do any sweets so we may have just missed them). However they did offer G-Free bread for sandwiches as well as a nice variety of salads (just watch the dressings, as I'm sure you do anywhere when watching for gluten!) Super cute shop with nice local art on the walls, I like what they've done with the place since the P.O. closed!

stopped by and got a Cinnamon roll.....looks can be deceiving:) Unlike most made out of simple dough, THIS amazing taste extravaganza was created like a Croissant with almond-cinnamon-butter goodness! "rich" is an understatement - I had to eat it in 'stages'....worth every penny!

After seeing the posts I was looking forward to stopping in today as I really enjoy a good scone with a good, fresh pulled Americano. Alas it was not to be. The raspberry-white chocolate scone was nearly twice the usual size and looked yummy, but it didn't seem completely cooked. It tasted flat and was a little gummy/doughy. The coffee tasted sort of burnt which I had not experienced of an espresso. The server may have freshly pulled it (since I wasn't watching), but I did hear the sound of the frother which made me wonder... YMMV, but I don't know if I'll go back to give them another chance or not. There are other places and life is short.

I'm sorry but what does YMMV mean?

Had lunch there today and it was really good. The minestrone soup was fresh with lots of veges. Most restaurant soups seem to be made with leftover whatever, but this was definitely made fresh. Very enjoyable lunch!

Just have to put our two cents in for this lovely place! Food is absolutely DELICIOUS and we really enjoy the coffee. We had a latte and a caramel machiatto. Husband declared it 'better than Starbucks' (high praise from him b/c he likes Starbucks). Lady we were chatting with had the veggie pannini and said it was 'excellent'. Give 'em a try. Next time I plan to try the soup. So hope they make it!! We will be back!

Dashed in this morning and enjoyed a delicious fresh blueberry bear claw style pastry. Still warm. Very good.
