I used to love your wings. Always cooked perfectly and great sauce.

But I'm really disappointed with the new smoked wings. Like the old ones much better. The smoke flavor is way too strong, dries out the wings and it overwhelms the sauces. All you taste is the smoke.

Too bad, guess I'll have to get my wing fix from Wing Wagon from now on.

In my opinion, Wing Wagon is always the go to place. Crossroads was only used for the days that Wing Wagon is closed. No offense to Crossroads.

We have had a great customer response to our slow smoked hickory than fried wings and have had a large spike in our sales. Our wings can always get better and we changed the rotation of the wing racks on the smoker to ensure a more even smoke and cook. We will continue to tweaks things to create a better more consistent product.

If we have a demand for our buffalo wings we can keep them as an option. We will test it out and try offering both to see if we sell enough to keep on the new upcoming menu.

Thanksgiving we will open at 4PM to serve a FREE Dinner. We will be doing a turkey dinner with all the fixings and will not be serving our regular menu. We will go until we run out.

The Dinner will be FREE to anyone who needs and we will be accepting donations to fund Crosssroads various efforts to feed the hungry.
