No complaints with these guys. We like the food. However, I've learned to pretty much double the time they tell me when I call ahead....but it's still worth it.

We love the food and the people at Golden Stix. We have never had a bad meal or bad service.

Have eaten there last week and this week, as well as in past and never had any problems as cited by some in the past- service was prompt and polite and food is always well prepared, yummy and ample for 2-3 meals. It's a great Asian food option up here!

Golden Stix is in the back area of the King Soopers plaza in Aspen Park. Near the old Fiesta Jalisco location, across the way from Ravens and Knit Knook.

I know that some people have reported service issues at Golden Stix but we have never had a problem. Last Friday night we arrived about 8 PM for dinner and the place was full with two groups waiting for tables. We decided to do take out. We placed our orders and then I decided to walk around the plaza to see what was happening. I walked down to the old Fiesta Jalisco location, glanced in the old Quiznos location and then went over to review the menu posted at Raven's. I had just finished reading the Raven's menu when my wife came out of Golden Stix with our order. Total time about 15 minutes, as we were told. We have never had a lengthy wait time or bad food at Golden Stix.

Cripplecreekbabe, that's mentioned in the first post.

I tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago. Called in a to-go order. Got there about 10 minutes early of expected time given, and order was already done. Enjoyed the meal. Will go back.

We ate there for lunch for the first time a few weeks ago. The food was pretty good, miles above some of the stuff I've been served in this area as "Chinese" but there is a definite problem with service. Our waitress was friendly but not very professional. I had to practiclaly lasso her to get her to realize that we had finished our meal and wanted the check. She seemed to be occupied with chit-chatting with the guy at the cash register. And then after we paid the check, she brought back someone elses credit card and receipt! That is a huge, huge faux pas but she just shrugged and said something along the lines of, "oh well, their bill was about the same as yours". In other words, she charged our meal to someone elses card and vice versa and just blew it off like it was nothing.

Sorry, but that is not acceptable behavior.

The food was pretty good, although the soup was cold. Seems there is more care being taken in the kitchen than in the front of the house. Especially since there were only three tables of diners at the time this happened. Can't chalk it to being overwhelmed by a big crowd.

No, I was already late for an appointment because of it taking so long to get the check, and then getting the correct credit card back. I don't usually complain to management in restaurants, but this is one time that if I had had the time I would have. It wasn't so much making a mistake like that that concerned me, it was the way she just dismissed it and blew past it like it was nothing that bothered me.
