What's going on with the old El Rio site in Bailey? I've heard Madwells may be moving there. True or False?

For those without a subscription (I don't have one but know the new owners), the Riverbend will open in June. Along with a restaurant, the owners intend to have a fresh market, with fruits and vegetables. They are also building a 40 foot deck along the river.

Wow, that sounds great. Hope it works out for them. It would be great to have a local place right on the river for dinner, a beer, ...music(?)

Is that really what the name's gonna be?

Of course the name DOES make sense-
(since the river BENDs there)

Ever driven a few more miles south,
on the right,
& seen that little clump o'cabins?
"Riverbend"?
( I just have visions of people showing up @ the cabins, for dinner!)
