I'd like to see you parked some place else instead of the Happy Camper place. Don't intend to drive up that road, otherwise I would try your chicken. Pick a better spot.

Thank you for all your comments! Happy Camper kindly offered us a spot, and we decided to stay in Bailey area instead of Conifer, to bring our food to you here. Sorry if you have to drive up the road. If you want to try our food, John can bring it down the hill for you, just call him at 720 602 7871. Also, due to slow sales on weekend, we will try this week to be open Tuesday through Friday, 12pm to 6 pm, with exception of Wednesday 2-6 pm. Have a great Sunday, John and Olga

Just curious, any idea why sales are slow on the weekends, especially Saturday? Do you think that many people still don't know you are open? I would be hard pressed to make your place by 6:00 on weekdays, but easily could on weekends. I will try though. Good luck to you no matter what.

Thank you very much! We also believe not too many people know we are open, plus we are still trying to work out schedule that will benefit most people. From our past experience summers are busier in general than winters. We might be open some weekends around holiday, we will post the hours here. Also we are trying to expand some items to our menu, this Friday will offer bbq ribs for sale. Have a good one and sorry for delay in response, John and Olga

I see you parked near the Loaf and Jug in Bailey but not open. When will you be and is that where you'll be staying?

They are having a special this weekend with Barbecue Pork Ribs. Delicious. They fall right off the bone. I went there for the pulled pork sandwich which is also very good - but switched when I saw the sign. They are both first rate.
Their trailer is just past the Loaf and Jug on 43A next to the coffee place. Easy in and out.
