I went to Aspen Peak Cellars yesterday and had a glass of their red Cabernet, which was superb. I asked if they had gluten free as I have celiac, with not too much hope.

They did, so I ordered a flat bread with toppings and it was the best I’ve ever had. Unbelievable and looking forward to going back over and over again. Thanks Aspen Peak Cellars for giving Bailey a classy place to have drinks and delicious food even for us with restrictions. :)

It is definitely worth going and it is owned by terrific nice people and the staff is great, too. Here is their website -

Our recent experience eating at Aspen Peak Cellars was also terrific. We had a party of five, four ordered the flat bread pizzas, one had a gorgeous Asian salad with tuna (my pizza was gluten free - yummy). Everyone was happy, the food and service made us all anxious to return. GO APC!!
