Aspen Perk has re-opened after their flood as a breakfast house. We checked it out his morning and they serve a good, full service breakfast. They will be serving breakfast 7 AM -2 PM Friday through Sunday and their traditional pastries 7 AM - 1 PM Tuesday through Thursday. They may also be open on Monday mornings but have not decided that for sure yet.

For their breakfast service, they have waitresses to take your order and serve you at the tables they have installed.

They are continuing their coffee house menu and are maintaining a couch corner for people that want to continue coming in for their coffee house services.

Their breakfast menu consists of the following:

#1 Two eggs any style, 2 bacon strips AND 2 line sausages, fried red potatoes, and toast $6.35

#2 Two eggs any style, 2 bacon strips OR 2 line sausages, fried red potatoes, and toast $5.35

#3 Two eggs any style, 2 bacon strips OR 2 line sausages, and toast $4.35

#4 Perk Skillet Dish - Two eggs any style, 2 bacon strips AND 2 line sausages, fried red potatoes $6.35
Smother in green chili or gravy - $1.50

#5 Homemade pancakes with bacon or sausage $5.35

#6 Homemade french toast with bacon or sausage $5.35

#7 Homemade biscuits and gravy $3.35

#8 Huevos rancheros (scrambled eggs, green chili, fried red potatoes, tortilla) $4.35

#9 Breakfast burrito (Eggs, sausage or bacon, fried red potatoes, green chili, cheese) $5.35

#10Kids breakfast (choice of scrambled eggs or pancakes, one bacon strip, toast, and a drink) $3.35

They continue serving the pastries they had as a coffee house and the ice cream and drinks they had before.

Service this morning was very friendly and breakfasts we had (both had #1) were very good.

It is good to have a breakfast location in Aspen Park again on the weekends.

Yay! It's about time we had a place to go for breakfast.

Viking, Aspen Perk just got a new customer. I have nothing to do with the business. Just someone else happy to have someplace to enjoy a full breakfast on the weekends in the Conifer area.

We've needed a breakfast place every since the Highlander and Sky Village closed down. I hope they get lots of business.

I'm guessing from the name that it is located in Aspen Park, but where?
Thanks.

Aspen Perk is in the old shopping center just west of the King Soopers on 285.

Wish they were still open in the afternoons for the kids. It was a great place for the kids to grab a great snack after school before their sports started.
