Last school year (2015-2016) the shop classes at Conifer High School in conjunction with area tradesmen and construction suppliers built a house on the high the school grounds. Quite an effort by all of those involved. The house was a real house and therefore had to be moved to a permanent site. Some thought this was an event to be shared with the community and so the HTT was contacted with the pertinent information. Their response was: No thanks.

That would have been a good local story.
