This is from a post from March 2018 - don't know if it's current but his name is Jason. I think he is local.

Did you have some trees fall down in the last storm? We can come take care of those for you!

Call Justin
JWARD INDUSTRIES LLC
(720) 231-4857

Also, I simply Googled the company name and this came up:

JWARD INDUSTRIES, LLC · 10536 Snowy Trl, Conifer, CO 80433

Justin does appear to be local.

The JWARD team just finished a job at my home. They are great people, did a
great job, and work very hard at very fair prices.

Justin stopped by our house today after we cancelled the appointment almost a week ago. He wanted compensation for doing nothing, then thanked me for "dicking" him. :rof laughing:

JWARD Industries is a small business who provides free bids to customers (not free to us) and has all the growing pains of trying to schedule and safely cut down trees in our community. We like to keep things low key, so we don't have contracts up front and rely on the good word and communication of our customers to keep things running smoothly. We arrange labor and materials in preparation for each individual job. Frustrations run high when we show up to a customer site and the job is done or cancelled (whether it be our doing or yours). :thud:

There was clearly a misunderstanding with this customer as the cancellation happened on text and a phone call from us to this customer two days before the job was scheduled received no response. We prefer to deal with customer issues in a non-public forum, but I feel the need to respond here as well.

We love our customers and this community and hope to serve you well into the future.

Saving the foothills from fire danger one tree at a time :D

A phone message was received, but unfortunately, I was out of the state on business and didn't hear it until after Justin's offensive call. I had just returned to Denver when he called.

The bottom line is that an appointment was cancelled 6 days prior by text. Through no fault of mine, Justin showed up at my property to do the work that had been cancelled. He became upset, wanted compensation, and then engaged in extremely unprofessional conversation on the phone.

I felt justified posting this since his conduct was done while in the performance of his business.

As I stated in my PM, and I will repeat here, I will be more than happy to remove my post if I receive an apology from Justin in the same manner as the offense (verbally).

Mistakes happen, we are all human, but there is no need for offensive language or insults. Actions (and inaction) have consequences.

Thank you for your feedback. We will take this into consideration when doing business in the future.

Meanwhile, folks, mitigation of your property is important!
Fall is approaching, but still some warm days and fire danger out there (as evidenced by the fire in Deer Creek Canyon).

Call for a conversation about tree work.
