If you received an automated phone call, offering a free cruise, between July 2009 and March 2014, you may be entitled to money from a settlement. This site offers information, and the ability to see if your phone number is eligible. You have until November 3rd to file your claim.

The website to determine eligibility and for information is:https://www.rmgtcpasettlement.com/Home.aspx

I'm glad these robocall people are being held accountable.

Wow, both of you? That's great! Of the 6 in our family, only my son was eligible, and had not received any notification, so it pays to check.

Figures. The one chance to stick it to a telemarketer and they didn't call me.

I think it's hilarious that they were dumb enough to keep records of what numbers they called from, what numbers they called and how many times they called each number. DOH :rof laughing: :thud:

Well they haven't learned their lesson: Elizabeth is still calling at least 4 times a week, but their caller ID is now showing local numbers each time. I've picked up twice when it was a number I knew. :bash:

If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up. Someday "Elizabeth" will pay.

The house number and one cell # in the family was eligible. We didn't get a form either so THANK YOU!
