Gotta expect it when you live in the Rocky Mountains!! Besides, you'd never have anyother reason to drink hot chocolate :coffee:

That's what I was thinking, DickThomas - or perhaps some peppermint schnapps in the hot chocolate.

Now that the first initial snow has come and gone and I am over the fact that I had to go out on my deck that evening to take the snow off my dish, no easy feat for me. I am 5'1" and have a long painting do-hickey thing to tap the dish to remove the snow, of course, at one point I wasn't tapping at it gently and was cussing out load saying it was too early for me to be doing this. My new neighbors must think they have moved next door to a crazy lady. Now, I am better prepared, a good book, knitting and something good to drink. Maybe coffee with baileys? Irish wiskey? I am now looking forward to having snow this coming Sunday night-

Try a plastic trash bag over the dish. Minimum signal degradation and snow won't stick.

I'm allergic to chocolate as well. It's not so much the chocolate but the caffine in the chocolate...

I love when it does snow. The covering reads like a newspaper (remember those??). I get to read the animal tracks as who has passed by recently; whether its the bears, foxes, deer, skunks or a mountains lion...
