Okay, the mystery deepens. :eye crazy:

Our laptop - also using Firefox - is able to view everything. :doh:

I guess I'll have to compare all the latest updates etc. that have downloaded lately to the PC's but not the laptop, yet.

It was the stupid Adobe Flash Player! :bad PC:

I checked the status of our Plug-ins - and even though it said the Flash Play was up to date, I downloaded it again

and all is good now. :hugegrin: Phew!

I guess you can't always trust the "Plugin Status".

Dear Tech Team,
We recognize and appreciate that Pinecam is paid for through ads. However, there is a new one today that is driving us nuts. We use Pinecam as our home page, so it's really problematic. The Verizon ad with Jamie Fox starts and there is no way to mute it or x it out, as with other ads on Pinecam. We use Firefox on this computer. I have had to mute the entire computer, as I can't mute the ad itself. I clicked on the speaker mute symbol in the ad and it does not work. Also, there is no X in the upper right corner to close it out or report it. Can you help? Thank you.

J-Bird, I went into the Google Adsense dashboard and turned off enhanced animated ads. I agree, too much animation and any sound is annoying. There will still be some animation but hopefully no sound.

Please let us know if this fixed the homepage ads for you.

There are many "sticky" topics at the top of the Living Room forum index. Have you been scrolling down in your browser too see the rest of the list?

You can also click on "new posts" just below the gray menu bar and see new posts in all of the forums, not just the Living Room.
