Please remember that all of us must have a valid email address to post on Pinecam. Please check and make sure that your email address is up-to-date in your profile. We are receiving many "undeliverable" emails bounced back when sending notices that you have a PM. To change your email address, just follow these instructions:

Login into the Pinecam forum
In the gray menu bar under the Pinecam banner, click on "User Control Panel"
In the links on the right side, under "Options", click on "Profile"
In the links on the right side, under "Options", click on "Edit account settings"
Enter your new email address in the two email fields and your current password and click on "Submit"
Your email is now changed.


You can find how to do many things on Pinecam in this topic viewtopic.php?f=2&t=165223 located at the top of every forum on Pinecam.

OR you can PM us with your new email address and we are happy to change it for you. Simply click on the pm button at the bottom of this post and send us your current email address.

We are still getting bounced emails when we try to notify you that you have a PM - please update your email addresses in your profile so that you don't miss important notifications.

You can even click on the PM button below and give us your new email address and we will be happy to update it for you.

We have sent many members a PM informing them that their email addresses are invalid. Please check your PMs to make sure that we have not tried to contact you.

Per Pinecam's Terms of Service, you must have a valid email address in order to have an account and post.

Please check your email address to be sure that it is still valid.

Please check your private messages for messages from Administrators. Having a valid email address is a requirement of Pinecam's Terms of Service.

We have sent numerous messages for those with invalid email address to correct this - you have 5 days - if you do not update your email address within that 5 days, your Pinecam account can and will be inactivated until we can correct it.

If your account does not work when trying to log on - please contact administrators because some accounts have been inactivated due to Invalid Email Addresses after numerous attempts to contact you.

Please check your PMs for a message from Pinecam Administrator as soon as possible so we can correct it for you.

If you are not able to log on, follow the prompts on the log-in page to contact Administrators.

Many accounts are being disabled - this notice was posted in April asking for members to PLEASE update your email addresses. If your account is not active when trying to log on, please follow the prompts to contact an Administrator to get your email address updated.

You must have a valid email address to post on Pinecam - if it is not valid, your account will be inactivated until we receive a viable email address.

Please follow the instructions posted above to update your email address.

Many of you have received a PM with a notice to update your email addresses when notifications from us are being returned for an Invalid Email Address.

When you attempt to log on, you will get a notice that your account has been deactivated by an administrator - follow the prompts to contact us and we can update your email address and re-activate your account.

We have received notices from other members that you are not opening your Private Messages and we know this is valid as you are not opening the PMs from Administrators as well. This is because you are not being notified of these Private Messages because your email address is not valid.

Everyone PLEASE check your PMs for important information from Pinecam and from your fellow members.

Many have claimed that they cannot find the "gray bar" and the User Control Panel - here is where it is:

Please update your email address before administrators have to close your account.

Please direct your questions about email addresses and other changes such as this to Pinecam Administrators and not Tech Support.

Administrators have had to close more accounts due to Invalid Email Addresses. If you try to log in and you get an error message that Administrators have deactivated your account - follow the prompts to contact us so that we can update your email address and re-activate your account.

We send two notices via PM that we will close your account. If you do not respond after the second and FINAL NOTICE, your account will be deactivated.

If you need help updating your email address, please contact us at administrator@pinecam.com and we will happily update your Pinecam account with your new email address.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PMs ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR MESSAGES!

Another reminder - if you have received a PM from an Administrator about an Invalid Email Address, be aware that we will close your account after giving you a few days to update the email address yourself or just reply to the PM with a good email address.

A valid email address is REQUIRED to have a Pinecam Account. It's very simple to update it - follow instructions in the post above. Do not ignore our requests - we will close your account.
