The snow finally started in upper Deer Creek Valley about 9:20 a.m.
It is sticking. About 100 male Evening Grosbeaks think it will be
a biggie...

My chickadees and nuthatches are going crazy as well ... and it's nice big fluffy flakes in Burland at the moment. Keep it coming!

wxgeek was right on with his prediction on the start this morning - about 10:45 here. So far we've got an inch and it's snowing hard.

Hmm, our birds were no where to be seen this morning. I guess they're not up to the cold.

It started snowing here on the mountain about 10:15. Clouds rose up from Aspen Park and within minutes the flakes were falling. There's about 2 inches already. Great to see the snow again. Was beginning to thing Mother Nature forgot about us. :multi: :snowflake:

Looks like a little over 3" here in Burland Rachchettes Bailey. Still coming down, but very tiny flakes now. Started here sometime after 9am. So nice to see.

Every time I think it is going to stop it picks up again. Looks like about 6 inches on the mountain.
