Are they swarming? Otherwise there’s not much you can do.

If they are swarming, then that means there's a queen in the middle of it. Beehives need a queen to survive. If there just seem to be a lot of them flying around but not collecting in one place (swarming), they may not take up with another colony and will eventually just disperse. But please, don't exterminate them if it's a swarm; bees seem to be in short supply these days. There should be beekeepers in the Denver area who can remove the swarm and redeposit it in a better location. Or, if you wait a couple of days, the scouts may find a suitable locale for them, and then they'll move on.

Our next-door neighbor had a beehive inside a tool shed in their back yard. They called a beekeeper, who somehow got them to leave the shed and swarm in a nearby tree. A couple of days later, they were gone. That swarm was about three feet long! It's eerie-looking, but we didn't disturb them, and they left us alone.

There is a bee keeper in Pine Jct. His honey store is in Bailey. Debreeze honey, I am sure he would love to get more bees.

Were you able to get in touch with Debreeze in bailey? Did you find someone to rescue bees? Or did they leave on their own?

Love to know endings.

Bees are still here. I can't find the hive. I guess I have to catch some and follow them home or something.
