Anyone know what the average percent increase is for 2019 Park County residential property valuations?

Have you looked at the Park County web page that deals with property taxes?

Yes, I did, but that information doesn’t seem to be there. Or, if it is, I can’t find it.

What might be of help with the question is a link to the Park Count site. I looked at the assessor website and there was not a clear link for 2019 valuations.

ETA, I did find this one link which may be helpful:

I just got my Jeffco evaluation yesterday. Mine went up 10% and I think the average for the whole county was something like 13% with the biggest increases down the hill. I'm hearing that the Gallagher amendment might drop the assessment percentage down this year from 7.2% to 6.9%. That would bring it down to about a 6% increase. At least that would be better than the increase this year. Mine went up 10% without any valuation increases. I keep hearing about supposed tax "cuts" due to Gallagher and TABOR but it just isn't so. It is just helping slowing down the increases.

Received my Jeffco assessment yesterday too. Property value went up 30%. At least I qualify for the senior property tax reduction now, so that will help. That is if it is funded for 2019.

There obviously was extenuating circumstances for this. It was a foreclosure or significant improvements were made or it was seriously undervalued before and someone came to look at it.
