I've found little ciabatta rolls cut in half and spread with butter and garlic seasoning work well in the air fryer for a quick small piece with an Italian meal. Potatoes cut hassleback style and stuffed lightly with very thinly sliced cheese (I use a combination of pepper jack and cheddar or colby- I also use almond cheeses sometimes) are pretty good. I'm going to try sweet potatoes cooked hassle back style sometime and see if they work in the air fryer. Every air fryer recipe I've tried off the internet seem to have to be cooked longer and at higher temps then they say too.
