I sure had not until I read this article:

Wow, I have never heard of it but I very much want to try some.
I don't drink, but occasionally I buy a bottle of wine to cook with. But since I usually only need a cup or so, I hate pouring the remainder down the drain. But if I can use wine flour to provide both flavor and thickening power to Beef bourguignon I would make it more often. Thanks DL for bringing this product to our attention. |
