She is back to nearly 100%. The only thing left is some incontinence. For quite awhile, she was on Proin for dribbling. She's been off that this whole time plus the Prednisone thirst accounts for that, I think. BTW, she finished her full dose days on Prednisone, and is now on 1/2 dose for three days.

Thanks for asking!

I am happy to hear such great news!
So hard to deal with pet's illness, wish they could talk to us. Glad your dr was right on it, just in case skip the bark treats as I bet they are varied. Stay with one kind of treat to be safe. Not all dogs, but some are touchy about new foods. I had a Chow who I could never give anything other than his usual and a lab that ate anything. A Basenji who broke out in huge hives from fish! He rubbed his face & tummy all over the rug, poor thing. Dr. fixed him quickly and the bill? Then I didn't feel good

A quick follow-up: Bella has been fine. We switched her to a different dry dog food and both of them from chicken to turkey. I don't give any treats that contain the ingredients we talked about here, earlier. Perhaps the makers of the treats consider the small amount they use as inconsequential. Kobe's allergy symptoms are gone, too, even without his daily Zyrtec.

Thanks everybody. :D
