About 15" at bedtime. I don't know how much was added last night, yet.

Thankfully, it's happening over a weekend.

There's 16 inches here. Had lots of wind last night, so lots of snow drifts. Might be more than the 16 inches due to the drifts. Regardless, I am so happy the forest got the snow it needs!! :multi: :multi:

Now to shovel the decks and the snow from the truck :thud:

We ended up with a total of 12 inches. The sun has come out now so this round is probably done in our neck of the woods. I hope we get more of the same throughout the winter!

this stuff has a lot of water in it. I know from the shoveling on the decks. I love it when I dig in with shovel and the snow is blue inside! aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh

We ended up with 14" with water content of 0.83". For January that is very good as often I see very dry snow. Down near Denver they had much wetter snow but less snow inch-wise.

That was my understanding as well. From my 22 years of living in Colorado, this particular snow seems anomalous to me; I just don't remember many if any January snows with this kind of moisture content. And in this case, I will definitely not complain.
