The 2017 Elk Creek Fire Department Annual Car Wash- will be held this Saturday, August 19th at ECFD Station 4.
We'll be washing cars from 9 am - 4 pm. Donations are gratefully accepted. The event will coincide with the
Aspen Park Summer Market happening next door in the parking lot of Red Roof Relics.
All proceeds from the car wash will go to the family of fallen JEFFCO Sheriff Deputy Sgt. Sean Renfro.

Special Event- August 26th CHARITY PIKER RIDE

A new Heart for an old fart!
To all of our friends, family, Family and local business owners:
A long time resident of Evergreen, Colorado native and our dear dad, Ed Upton is in need of a new heart.
You would Know Ed as the old locksmith, the previous owner of Hiland Mobile safe and lock- the old little
cabin in the Echo parking lot.
As a veteran, Ed will have around 80% of the procedure covered by insurance, however, he and his wife, Marylou
need to come up with the rest. They will also need to move closer to the hospital for a while to have better access
to medical care We will be setting up a charity poker ride on the 26 of August 2017 to help cover costs.
The ride is open to all and there is a separate admission for those who choose to participate in cars,
This is where you come in! We are looking for contributions to help set up this charity event.
We will be raffling off prizes to all participants. If you have items, a service to offer or even just
want to contribute money to help our cause, it would be appreciated. Anything and everything will help. We will be raffling off
prizes in two locations, so that we can keep business local. Evergreen local business donations will be raffled off in Evergreen
and the same for Denver. The Evergreen raffle will be held at the Rocky Mountain High Restaurant and Grill (old Stagecoach)
between 2-3pm. Please joins us for the raffle, even if you can not make the entire ride!
