BRECKENRIDGE - Around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested David James "Buckwalt" Walt "in the City Market parking lot in Breckenridge on an outstanding warrant stemming from explosive devices found in a cabin he lived in," according to a Sheriff's Office statement. (Summit Daily News)
