1 1/2 C Almond flour 1/4 C Unsweetened cocoa 1/4 C Splenda granular 6 T Butter' melted 1 t Vanilla extract |
CHEESECAKE MIX:
3 (8 oz) Packages cream cheese 1/2 C Splenda granular 2 Eggs 2 Egg whites 2 T Almond flour 1 C Sour cream 1/2 t Vanilla extract 1/2 t Almond extract 1/4 C Sliced almonds |

Preheat oven to 300F degrees.
In a medium bowl mix almond flour, cocoa, sweetner, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pat mixture evenly on the bottom of a 13 X 9" pan' set aside.
Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl. Beat until smooth, adding the rest of the ingredients (except almonds).
Pour filling onto crust that was set aside. Sprinkle top with almonds.
Bake at 300F degrees for about 30 minutes until set. Cool until you can touch the pan. Place in refrigerator until chilled about 6 hours or overnight.
Cut into 24 squares and serve. |
