Brunch Chili Rellenos

Ingredients:
1 - 26-28 oz. can whole green chiles
1 lb. Pepper Jack Cheese (NOT grated)
5 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
4 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Slit chiles lengthwise on one side. Slice Pepper Jack cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices and place inside chiles. Place stuffed chiles in an ungreased 3 qt. baking dish. Mix eggs, milk and flour well, and pour over stuffed chiles. Sprinkle top with grated Cheddar and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with flour tortillas for a healthy and flavorful brunch dish.
