Tequila Salsa
Makes: 2 cups

? C olive oil
? C lime juice (about 7 limes)
? C tequila
2 Tbsp Triple Sec
1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles, undrained
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients.
Use as a marinade for chicken or turkey, or store in refrigerator in covered glass
jar to use as a side dish.
Serving Suggestions:
This makes an exceptional chicken marinade. We marinaded for about 3 hours
and grilled, and the chicken was fantastic.
I?m not sure how well it would work as a side dish.
