Green Chile Tart??

Ingredients:
10 Whole green chiles (canned)
1/4 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
7 Eggs
3 T Heavy cream
3/4 t Garlic salt
1/4 t Cracked black pepper
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/2 C Chopped onion
1 Tomato, sliced
1/2 C Black olives, sliced
1/2 C Monteray Jack cheese, shredded
Cooking Instructions:
Grease 10 inch tart pan.

Slit chiles open lengthwise and shape chile in tart pan to form the crust (pointed ends toward center)

Place all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix (excluding tomatos, olives, cheese).

Layer tomatos, olives, and cheese over the chiles. Pour egg mixture over chiles and bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until tart is set.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with sour cream, chopped avocado, jalapeno pepper slices, salsa or pico de gallo.
