| Ingredients: |
40 mushrooms, stems removed 1/3 butter, melted 1 10 oz. pkg. sage sausage 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion |
1/4 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 8 oz. cream cheese |

Instructions: |

Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish, brush (or dip) with melted butter. Brown sausage, onions, and garlic in skillet. Drain, mix in pepper, parsley and cream cheese. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
