3 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese 3 Tbls. grated Romano cheese 3 Tbls. minced fresh parsley 3 Tbls. minced fresh basil salt and pepper - to taste 1 cup olive oil

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, and form into 1 1/2" balls. 2. Pour olive oil in a 13" X 9" X 2" baking dish and place meatballs on top; swirl pan around to coat meatballs in oil. 3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. 4. Drain on paper towels.
