Ingredients:
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
3/8 tbsp Cumin
3/8 tbsp Onion Powder
3/8 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tbsp Cayenne
1/4 cup Oat Bran
1 cup, stirred Flour, soy
1/2 cup Soy Protein Isolate
Cooking Instructions:
Combine cheese and butter in food processor. Add salt, spices, and oat bran and process. Add soy protein isolate and process. Add soy flour and process.

Remove dough from food processor. Knead some. Divide into two pieces. Roll each piece into a log about 1 1/4 inch in diameter. Freeze.

Thaw slightly in refrigerator. Slice very thinly. Place slices on baking sheet and bake at 375?F for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet.

Makes 144 small crackers. 10 crackers per serving.
