Ingredients: |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 1/2 c. prepared mincemeat 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar |
1/2 c. malted milk powder 2 tbls flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. coconut |

Instructions: |
Using pastry blender, mix flour, brown sugar, salt, and butter/margarine. Press into 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake at 350?F for 15 min.
Remove from oven. spread mincemeat mixture on top.
Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add malted milk powder, flout, baking powder, and salt. Blend well. Add rolled oats and coconut. Spread over mincemeat. Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer. |
