1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. canned pumpkin 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp allspice 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. raisins
Cream together butter and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla and mix well. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Crop cookies onto a well-greased cookie sheet and bake at 375?F 15 minutes.
