1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 egg, beaten 1 c. mashed pumpkin 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt 2 c. sifted whole wheat pastry flour 1 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp cinnamon 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped nuts
Cream together honey and butter in a large bowl. Add egg and pumpkin, mixing well. Add vanilla.
Shift dry ingredients together. Gradually mix into butter mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with the back of a spoon. Bake at 375?F until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
