2 pounds lean hamburger 1/2 large onion, minced (or dehydrated) 3/4 cup spicy pork rinds (I smash them in the bag) 2/3 cup fat free evaporated milk 1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons water 2 eggs 1 teaspoon Vege-Sal 1/2 teaspoon pepper 4 tablesppon minced parsley

Instructions: |
Assemble everything in a mixing blow. Using clean hands, smoosh it all together until it's very well blended. Form into meatballs, I use a 1/8 measuring cup to form the meatballs.
Spray a cooking sheet with Pam, and bake meatballs at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Turn at least once to keep them round.
Put meatballs in a slowpot with 4 to 6 cups of beef broth, and add low starchy vegetables. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours. You can also put it on the stove, if you don't have time for the slowpot. |
