On Saturday, July 29th, COFA will host a Home Bread Dutch Oven Cooking class with live demonstrations and taste tests! You don't have to have a Dutch oven to be in this class; you can make bread in your oven at home.

COFA's Home Bread Dutch Oven cooking class on Saturday, July 29th, will be at the COFA Green Barn from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The address is 8660 South Fairall Road, Morrison 80465.

In this class, you will learn how to grind wheat into flour and how to make loaves of bread without yeast. We will also show you how to make sourdough bread, sweet bread, and dinner rolls.

This will be a hands-on class; you will learn how to make different breads at home. If you have ever wondered how to make your own bread, come and check the class out.
