Ordered 2 pulled pork Chimichanga plates for dinner last night. What we got was flour tortilla filled with hard, dry, small chunks of an unidentifiable, inedible meat...definitely not pulled pork.

Neighbor stopped by and said she just picked up pulled pork street tacos with stringy pulled apart pork?!? So I think maybe I should give them a chance and let them know and I go back to food truck to tell them about my not good mystery meat chimichangas. Complete bust on that score as only person there doesn't speak enough English to understand the issue, let alone offer a remedy.

I was excited to give the taco truck a try on Monday at lunchtime. I'm just one of those people still in safety mode, and about 5 mask-less people were gathered around the order window facing each other in close proximity, waiting for orders and/or socializing. Didn't seem to be in line to take orders, but that's how it appeared. Health concern or not, I've visited take-out places where customers are asked to please step aside so others can get in, because sometimes we all forget right? Especially when we're hungry ;) Looking forward to trying them out later.

Same for me.

I have stopped by several times but have yet to get out of the car. Too many people are not wearing masks or practicing social distancing, all gathered MUCH too close together right in front of where you order. So I just leave.

I'd very much like to try their tacos, but I just don't see that happening any time soon.

I too have been looking forward to trying the taco truck. But every time I have driven past there have been several patrons not social distancing or wearing masks. I am in a high risk group and need to keep my exposure to this virus at a minimum. I will only patronize the businesses that are doing the right things to keep their employees and customers as safe as possible.

I heard the taco truck was parked at the gravel pit at Shaffers Crossing today.
