I am selling this RV because we bought a smaller tow behind trailer that works better for our family needs. We are the second owner of this vehicle and have a new clean Colorado title, all manuals, and original receipts from the first owner with upgrades he had done to the RV. We also know the original owner. This motorhome has just over 80,000 miles on it and we have only driven it a total of about 200 miles. Listed below is all of the work I have done since purchasing and general information. You can PM me or email me at rkaelin@gmail.com.
-Ford F530 Motor
-6 Brand New Corsa Tires and has a new spare tire. Tires have about 50 miles on them.
-New Engine Battery
-New Spark Plugs and Cables
-Oil change and transmission flush
-New Windshield Wiper Blades
-Miscellaneous Vacuum hoses have been replaced or fixed
-Light Bulbs have been replaced throughout
-All fuses have been checked or replaced
-Generator works great. New Spark Plugs and Oil Filter. Serviced it before storing.
-Comes with Tow Hitch
-All appliances and water work
-TV, Backup camera, and electric step work
-1 of the 2 AC's work
-Hydraulic Leveling Jacks work but could use a servicing. One sometimes doesn't want to work
-Propane Tank has a leak at the valve stem when first opened for about a minute but then stops. It has been looked at by a professional and it is safe to use for now and the tank is almost full. It needs to be used up so it can be looked at further. The stem may be able to fixed but if not will need a new propane tank. Can't know until the tank is empty.
-There was a crack on the the roof that was professionally fixed on the drivers side. Water damage had occurred but is just cosmetic.
-Frame is in mint condition with no rust.
