2018 Keystone - Passport Express Ultra Lite
$15,500

I’m looking for a new home for my RV as my family has limited opportunities to use it given our season of life and other pursuits. We’ve enjoyed using it for a couple trips a year as well as some local stay-ins over the last few years. Overall, it's not been heavily used. Please PM me if you're interested so we can coordinate a time for you to check the RV out!

Highlights:
-Queen bed
-Rear bunk bed
-Dinette with two bench seats and table, which folds down into lay-flat bed
-Kitchenette with 3-burner stove, microwave, sink
-Medium size refrigerator and freezer
-Bathroom with toilet, tub/shower, and mirror/cabinet
-Audio system with inside and outside speakers (Bluetooth and other connectivity)
-TV
-Retractable awning
-Great heater for cooler nights! (propane-powered)

Holding Tanks:
Fresh water - 43 gal.
Gray water - 38 gal.
Black water - 38 gal.

Size:
Length - 21.25 ft. (exterior end-to-end including tongue)
Width - 8 ft.
Height - 10.42 ft.
Interior Height - 6.5 ft.

Full specifications:

Custom enhancements made to the RV:
Interior:
-Added divider curtain between queen bed and dinette areas
-Added interior hanging hooks next to entry door (for jackets, light bags)
-Added window shade for front entry door

Exterior:
-Installed tank heater pads for fresh, gray, and black water tanks (connected to battery and have switches inside trailer to turn on)
-Added vent covers (2) (protects rooftop air vents)

Additional accessories included with the RV:
-Wireless backup camera for trailer
-RV cover with storage bag (Originally bought new for ~ $300)
-EternaBond roof sealant tape
-Some miscellaneous supplies (RV TP, toilet treatment, RV antifreeze)

Overall the trailer is in very good, clean, working condition.

There is a part of the roof that has been professionally sealed and patched from one incident that should be fine for the short term but needs monitoring and potentially additional maintenance or repair long term. Happy to provide additional details.

There is approximately 4000-6000 miles of wear on the tires. To my knowledge the included spare tire is brand new and unused (I haven't used it and and am not aware of the previous, original owner using it).
