Spacious & well-maintained 1+ Acre Private Property with Barn and Shelter - Owners Onsite.
We have space for another horse (or two) | Immediate move in available.
horse, pony, donkey, miniature - equines welcome!

Located in the foothills of Littleton/Ken Caryl up Deer Creek Canyon Rd, just 15 minutes from town.
The pasture space has flat and sloped areas with free access to the barn stall and attached shelter. It gets plenty of sun so snow melts off quickly and has trees for shade.
Security cameras are located around the premises, with the possibility to share access to the pasture and barn cams.

The roads around the neighborhood are quiet, and we have panels for a round pen. South Valley Park is 10 minutes away and Chatfield State Park is 17 minutes away, both welcome horseback riding.

*Option to work off board! We would reduce the monthly boarding rate when barn chores have been completed*

PARTIAL CARE Option: $300/Month:
We will feed the hay, grain, supplements you provide.

FULL CARE Option $500/Month:
We feed and provide:
- Alfalfa/Grass Mix Hay twice daily (looking into having free fed bales in the near future).
- Enrich Plus Ration Balancer as grain once daily (you may still provide your own grain/supplements to be fed at no additional cost).

Both Options Include:
Free access to a salt/mineral block.
Free access to an automatic water trough, cleaned regularly. A heating element is added in the winter and we will ensure they always have access to water.
Fly Control: fly predators and traps are used (though the flies don't get nearly as bad up here!)
We regularly - if not daily - muck the pasture (weather permitting).

We can make room for a small trailer to be stored on the property for an additional cost.

About Us:
We are a young married couple just starting our family, expecting this January! I have 14 years of horse experience; including owning 3 of my own during that time, I have worked at a therapeutic riding center and as a barn manager for a boarding facility.

We have our horse here, Renesmee; a 20 year old non-dominant mare, very gentle and loving. We're looking for a mellow/companion as a boarder.
If your horse has a history of dominant behavior toward other horses, dogs, or people (especially children) such as biting or kicking, please do not apply.
Our dog goes out to feed with us, she loves her horses and is respectful of them.
We currently use Littleton Equine Vet and C-Cross Farrier

Email or text preferred, leave a voicemail if you call.
