Here we go again - cutting hours.
Citywide bank in Conifer is now CLOSED Saturday and Sunday.

I guess they don't know that some people actually WORK between 9-5 Mon thru Fri.

Bye-bye Citywide - Boy do I miss banks from 20 years ago...

Could be because of the volume of banking done online. I drive 110 miles/day for work. The last thing I want to do is make extra stops on the way home or do more driving on the weekend. Frankly, I can't remember last time I set foot inside my bank. My paychecks are auto deposit and I pay all of my bills through my bank's online bill pay. Different strokes ...

I agree - I don't used a bank often...BUT...when I need to I don't want to take time off from work! Things like coin counting, notaries, account changes, etc. are still hard to do on-line. A compromise would be to at least have extended hours once or twice during the week. Banks used to do that on Fridays.
