Dear Valued Customer,
Garbage and recycling collection is essential to our health, our neighborhoods and our community. As we pull together during this unprecedented pandemic, we trust that our customers will do their part to keep our valuable workers as safe as possible.
The best way to you, our customers, can assist our garbage collection workers and help limit their exposure to your personal trash items is by doing the following:
-Please place all trash in bags and tie them up
- Please place all tied up bags in the trash cart
- Please try to wipe the cart after placing it for collection and again after collection and prior to returning it to be stored with an antibacterial cleaner
We believe that taking the above steps will not only protect our garbage collection workers and allow them to continue to provide the essential service they do, but also protect our customers from potential spread through transfer on the garbage cart.
Stay healthy and Thank you for your cooperation!

I began to think about trash collection companies yesterday. With most folks home, I assume we will all be generating more trash. We wish all the drivers the best and thank them for their service, now, more than ever!

The Jeffco "Stay At Home" order lists trash and recycling as one of the essential infrastructure operations. Thanks to these companies for their service, especially in these serous times. Be well.
