I have been following this topic slightly. A question I have is, wasn't there one of those large yellow signs posted at the site before all of this started. You know the ones stating there would be a hearing regarding development of the site. Like the one that was at the bank near King Soopers way before they started work into changing it to Advance Auto Parts.

Why do you think they would place a sign at an out of business bank? There are two very busy banks right there, where many might see the sign. However it was placed in a public area so met requirements.

I’m confused also
A large yellow sign, regardless of where when or why it was placed doesn’t absolve the illegal waste processing on the ranch or the ongoing construction or use of not yet completed rezoning or hearings or any of the other issues related to this travesty.

Sorry I wasn't clear. The reason I thought for the yellow signs was to inform folks what was in the plans and to get input before. I was just wondering if people were informed before the dirt started getting moved. That is all. Sounds like they were.
