It was'nt on a fixed price.
They told me they were having trouble getting propane. They diden't say anything about not being able to get it at the price they quoted.
They should have told me instead of hanging me out to dry for over 3 weeks and risk my pipes freezing. They will not get any of my business and Im going to spread the word.
Customer service is important

I was curious about this subject and was surprised, too, from 2005 - pretty cool.

Propane has gone up this year so much. Last year the pre-buy was $1.99 and this year’s prebuy is $2.40. The prebuy prices are supposed to be less.
