So sorry this happened to you Jo. This is off topic, but what is this amazing cleaning product you use? I was going to copy the thread of messages I don't remember if it's from FedEx or UPS, but one of the messages said please accept our apologies.

It is Comet. It is a liquid spray cleaner, great on hard water stains and soap scum when used regularly, septic-safe, disinfects, and doesn't have a perfume odor that makes you want to retch. The formulation DOES NOT have bleach in it. KS put the bleach product on the shelf in its place.

Used it all my life and over 20 years of cleaning here. King Soopers always had it. it got scarce like everything else in the pandemic but then it reappeared, the same size and almost 2 dollars more but still worth it in my estimation.
The lady at the customer service desk said it was discontinued. Amazon has it for 15 dollars a bottle. NO!

But on further scrolling, I can get a 6-pack of 32 oz size for 70 dollars. As opposed to the 9-pack of the same size for 57 from Walmart, which is no longer on the website, I must have bought and lost their last case...

I'm a glutton for punishment, so I ordered it. Wanna bet it's going to be sent FedEX?

Received thawed steaks from KC last night 12/21 that were shipped and originally scheduled to arrive via FedEx on 12/9....

My Omaha steak order was due to arrive on the 13th, still nothing, I called and got a refund

I think just about now the Omaha Steak company is thinking of using a different service. I'm amazed at how many people get Omaha Steaks. Maybe most are gifts rather than subscribers or people getting it for themselves.

Several companies I use for food deliveries have recently dropped Fedex - after reading this thread, I can't say I'm surprised.

99% of my deliveries are UPS, including today. No Problems.

Today, FedEx left a package in my driveway in the snow 400 ft. from the house. (yes, the drive was open and usable)

I finally got a refund from the vender via Walmart.com.

I then went scrolling through the list on Amazon and located a six pack of the large size for 74 plus dollars with tax but free shipping.
Not as good a deal as the previous missing merchandise but this was being shipped USPS. I ordered it on 12/20/22 with a projected delivery date of 12/29 to 1/3….

I received no updates all this time until this morning. Your item is late. ( no [fecal matter]!)

If I don’t receive it by the 6 th I can request a refund.

This is pretty ridiculous at this point….

I have two USPS parcels running late. One was posted on December 16th and one on the 22nd.
