Hunker champion?
 I need to keep up with sports better.Also Italian hand waving at the table resulted in so many knocked over items my mother had me move my chair back when talking excitedly. Hand waving should be done like the guy in the picture. Plenty of room involved. |

You’re right. I double checked it and found several places that say it is false unless you include eight feeder lanes, and six managed lanes. These are ••not•• considered part of a highway.
