My boyfriend (26M) and I (29F) are looking to rent in the conifer/evergreen/kittredge area. We are Colorado natives who spend all our time in the mountains, and this has been our favorite area for a long time. We feel like this area is more home to us than the city and we would like to make it official. We obviously hope to buy one day but the market is just not having it.

We are hoping to stay closer to $1600 rent but are capable of affording more for a good spot.

We have two well behaved and clean Siamese cats. I have an industrial grade HEPA filter that manages the dander and hair and a self-cleaning litter box.

We live clean, healthy lifestyles and are very outdoorsy. We hike, mountain bike, backpack, rock climb, 4wheel, explore etc. We are very determined to get into the area and have decided to live in our camper to offer more flexibility when something comes up, since there isn’t a lot of inventory available.
