Job Description:
TJ's Log and Timber, a leading company in the log and timber industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our location in Bailey, Colorado. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in various aspects of log and timber production, including cutting, shaping, and finishing.
• Operate machinery and tools under supervision.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions.
